The Ministry is one of the top stressful professions.
Exercising is one way of relieving the stress while also
helping us to Increase our chances of living longer,
feeling better about ourselves, having less chance of
becoming depressed, sleeping better at night,
having stronger muscles and bones, and helping
us to stay at or get to a healthy weight.
We want to promote a healthy lifestyle for our colleagues in the ministry. Because “FITNESS IS MINISTRY”
